![]() My first mod was to make the bed parallel to the x-axis. Then I had troubles again with leveling the bed. I had some trouble to put it together (as an engineer) but youtube was there. The ROM is for defining basic configs of the machine eg. Click Cetus ROM Update button and select the ROM file you would like to flash to the CPU. I hope someone got a solution, greeting 10 comments. Do not open UP Studio or Cetus3D printing program. The settings are:-PLA-layer thickness: 0.2mm-infill: 100-Quality: Good-No Support: yes-contour: yes. I am using a Cetus3D MK2 with the normal UPStudio Software. Slide the Y-axis to the right and remove it from the bracket. Please note that you do not need to remove the screws, just loosen them is ok. Loosen the 3 screws that on the back of the the Y-axis. Could someone who has an empty spool please give use the weight of that empty spool so we can enter correct values for spools which are not brand new.Ģ. Hi, As I write this, my first designed model is printing. But only sometimes and with different print settings. Therefore leveling Y-axis is essentially leveling the Y-axis bracket. Selecting NO will cause the print to start and you will either run out of material before print completion or you simply had the wrong weight set for the spool and it will print fine.ġ. If you click yes then printing will not take place and you can replace the spool so that you have enough material to print OR go set the spool weight if you have never set this parameter before. If you have not set it since you installed the new software version you will see this alert message. Use "New Spool" button in maintain dialog box to input new spool weight(default is 700 gram), and the up software automatically decrease the material weight. So it needs to know the weight of material on the spool which you must set as per instruction below. This printer is not totally finished, but meanwhile it help some one to do not start from Zero. ![]() My understanding is that it basically calculates this based on the current weight of material on the spool and how much it thinks its laying down through the nozzle. Checking out the Cetus 3D printer and all the possibilities for model building. The new software 1.0.8 keeps track of the material used in order to alert you if it thinks there is not enough ABS on the spool to complete your print.
